Infrastructure Experienced Specialist

About the Role

Qualifications:

3-4 Years of infrastructure management experience with windows system administration (AD, AAD, DHCP, DNS & Hyper-V)

Azure hands-on experience in recent projects – recommended AZ-900 Certified

Network troubleshooting skills in client-server and Azure connectivity

Hands-on experience and ability to deploy and manage end-user equipment like mobile, IoT & Surface devices.

Good knowledge of Audio Video (AV systems) technology like Microsoft Teams, Creston, Extron, Cyviz, etc.

Preferred but not required:

Basic skills in Linux derivates (i.e Raspberry).

Soft Skills:

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Great collaborator & Team player, building trust and respect for partners, customers & immediate team.

Good ability to manage projects & reporting.

Proactively seek improvement areas in the field and take appropriate actions.

Problem-solving – the ability to own, drive & solve customer problems.
