About the Role
Good understanding on the different support ticket lifecycle.
Experience in Integration testing including rest service.
Ability to analyze logs and apply patches, validate results.
Solid Linux understanding.
Cloud platform Experience.
Good verbal skills - experience facing customer/Internal users.
Fluent in English is a must.
Experience in defect management tools like JIRA, TFS, etc.
Technical and able to work well with Engineers , Customer support.
